My client has the Quickbooks basic account. Is that why I can't View Bank Statements even though the bank is linked?

Making sure your able to see all your clients information is the corner stone of accounting. I can help go over how to see the information on the account.

 

QuickBooks Online helps keep your account secure by letting you set the access level of the users on your account. If you aren't able to see specific information on the account this could be due to a limit the master admin set up on your user log in. In order to get this fixed the master admin would need to log in to see what you're able to see and make any changes needed. Another option could be due to your browsers cache and cookies. As QuickBooks Online is a web based program it relies on your browser to run properly. If your cache and cookies are damaged or corrupt it could prevent you from having proper access to the account. In order to clear out your cache and cookies you can follow the steps in this article. You can also try a private browser such as Google Chrome's incognito mode or a different browser all together.
