I have tries creating Groups and Tags but when I go to assign them or manage them, the list of Tags is empty.
Let’s dive into troubleshooting steps to restore your tags to full functionality, Major.
Cached files in your browser can sometimes cause unusual behavior with your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). I recommended clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to eliminate outdated or corrupted files that interfere with QBSE’s functionality, including issues related to tags or page loading.
After clearing the cache and cookies, restart your browser to ensure the changes take effect. Alternatively, another supported and up-to-date browser could enhance performance and security when working with QBSE.

Thanks. The browser I use doesn’t cache data or use cookies but I have tried using Chrome and Safari with the same results even after clearing. The software I’m using is QBSE not QBO by the way. Also, the app on my phone has no appearance of Tags at all. In my browser I can see that they exist but when I create one, when I hit save, it disappears. Manage Tags is empty. No Tags.
