QuickBooks Online comes with tons of helpful reports that give you a better sense of your business health. Utilizing the most important reports for your business is a no-brainer. I'll explain where to find the cash flow report and more so you can get back on track.
QuickBooks Online has a Statement of Cash Flows report that will show you cash flowing in and out from sales and expenses (operating activities), investments, and financing. This report is a great one to review to see a portrait of all the transactions that go through the business, and where every transaction contributes to its success.
To find this report, click the Reports tab on the left navigation menu, then use the search bar.
In regards to a "financial activities" report, it depends what you're looking to see. You can look at the Profit and Loss report, Budget Overview report, or Income by Customer Summary report, for instance. Depending on your needs, there may be a report that suits you. I recommend reviewing all the reports on the reports page to see what would be the best fit.
To see a description of the kinds of information the report will display, hover over the report title, then click the small "?" to see more details.
