QuickBooks Online is versatile program which has many reports that allow you to see the info you're looking for. Based on what you've described, I suggest clicking on the amount on the report. Once you click on the amount, you'll be able to see what makes up the amount. From that screen, you can delete the amounts so they don't show up on the reports.
