How to setup the view setting for multiple reports open at once?

Hi Tom,

Viewing multiple reports at the same time is a great way to gather information from your reports. I'll show you how to accomplish that.

If you're using Google Chrome, you can open multiple tabs on the same window and I'll show you how:

1. Right-click on the browser tab and select Duplicate Tab.

Here are the steps if you're using Internet Explorer ( Version 11):

1. Right-click on the browser tab and select Duplicate Tab.

2. You can also press Ctrl + K on your keyboard.

Here are the steps for Mozilla Firefox:

1. Hold Ctrl on your keyboard while left clicking and dragging the tab to the right.

2. Release the mouse button to set the tab down, and then release Ctrl.

From the second tab, navigate to another page of QBO.

You can open many, many tabs in any given browser, so feel free to repeat this process to open as many pages as you need for that client. On Windows, you can toggle between tabs using Ctrl + Tab on your keyboard (Ctrl + Shift + Tab to go backwards).

Now that you know how to duplicate your info on another tab, I can now show you how to open the reports side by side. To do this, hold down your mouse on one of the tabs to drag and drop the window to another monitor. You are not limited to two windows either. You can open as many tabs, as needed, and drag and drop them across multiple monitors.

Give these steps a try and let me know how you make out. I'll be here in case you need anything else. :)
