Hi there,

The Profit & Loss report can tell whether you're operating at a profit or loss and it's a great way to see where your business stands. I'd be happy to give you a hand with running the report.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Locate and select the Profit and Loss report.
  3.  Filter the dates you'd like to include in the report.
  4. Click Run report.

Now that you've entered the appropriate dates you're looking for, you can now see the transactions from 2019 if they were previously recorded correctly.

Give this a try and if you have questions, I recommend contacting our support team using this link.
