My bank reconciliation reports are printing blank pages. Has there been a change to this since last month

Hello Lila1,

Printing out your bank reconciliation reports is a great way to stay organized both online, and in a hard-copy format. Printing issues can arise on the side of both the QBO program, as well as your printer. I'll explain a few QuickBooks-related troubleshooting steps to get you started.

If the reconciliation report is appearing blank in QBO when you click "Print or Preview", this is likely caused by browser issues. To resolve this, try clearing your cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can cling to the back-end of your browser and cause bugs and latency issues in QuickBooks Online and other sites. The steps to clear them is different depending on which browser you're using, so take a look here for the instructions: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

If the issue persists, try using Incognito mode. This is a private web window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. This step is often useful in diagnosing browser-related issues. Here's how to use it: Browse in private. If you're still experiencing problems, try using a different browser all together.

If the report is still printing out blank, or if you're seeing information in QBO but not on the printed copy, I recommend reaching out to our tech support team as well as your printer manufacturer for further troubleshooting assistance. This is the best way to ensure you get back on track.

Have a great day.
