Based on what you've described, it sounds like you need to reset your app data. Doing this helps fix most issues the app may be having. Here's how to reset app data:
- Go to the Help menu on the navigation bar at the top.
- Click Reset App Data.
- Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
- Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.
