Customers where I have settled invoices. I go into that customer account, it's been settled the invoices appear on the A/R aging report?

Customers where I have settled invoices. I go into that customer account, it's been settled the invoices appear on the A/R aging report?

Hi there,

 

QuickBooks is an easy-to-use program which offers powerful reports that help you view important information. I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction and make sure you're back on track ASAP. 

 

Based on what you've described, I recommend clicking on the invoices on the A/R aging report. Once you've opened the invoices from the report, check to make sure there are deposits applied to the invoices. If you're seeing deposits on all the invoices, I recommend accessing the report using a private/incognito window. Here's how:

 

  •  Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  •   Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  •   Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  •   Safari: Command + Shift + N

Sometimes, switching to a different browser will do the trick. Usually, when the site isn't working as designed, it's always best to give it a clean by clearing cache and cookies. Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having.
