It's awesome that you're using an app to enhance the work you can do with QuickBooks Online. I'm happy to go over this with you.
Once you upload a receipt into the Receipt Bank platform and it fully processes through that system, it should appear in the Expenses section of your account. If you're not seeing the transaction there after some time, check back in the Receipt Bank platform to make sure there aren't any error messages that you need to address or additional steps to take before it can be transferred over. Watch for things like account mapping and other details like that.
If you're still having trouble, I recommend first getting in touch with the support team for the app you're using to connect Receipt Bank to QuickBooks Online. You can do this by viewing your connected apps in the Apps section of QuickBooks Online and then choosing from the support options in the App Information section on the app's profile.
