How do I get my tax account numbers to show on an invoice?

Thanks for joining us! I hope you've had a great week. It know it's important to make sure you have all the relevant information on your sales forms, including invoices. Once you know the steps, it's pretty easy to set up the sales tax account numbers so they show up. I'll guide the way.

1. Select Taxes from the left menu.
2. On the Sales Tax page, click Manage sales tax.
3. Click the down arrow beside Add rate for the appropriate sales tax agency.
4. Choose Edit agency settings.
5. Enter the sales tax number in sales tax number field.
6. Click Save.

After you've done that, the sales tax number will appear in the header area of your invoices and other sales forms.
