Says I have insufficient quantity when I do

For some reason, when creating an invoice for an item in inventory in Quickbooks Desktop 2018, it's telling me "You don't have sufficient quantity on hand to sell item", when I do.

 

The inventory item is showing 1 in stock. Yet, as soon as I select that item when creating an invoice I get that insufficient quantity notification. That said, if I ignore it and save the invoice, it updates the inventory count to 0 for the item as per normal. I've run a repair on my QB file and it found nothing. Not sure if this is a bug in QB, however I've been using QB for years and this is the first time I've seen this.
