All my customers, invoices and estimates have disappeared. How do I recover them?

Excessive historical data in your browser can create discrepancies that hinder the display of transactions. Log in to your account through a private or incognito browser to verify if this is a browser-related issue.

 

Open an incognito using the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

If it works, you can return to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh or use another supported, up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.

 

If the issue persists, you'll want to ensure that you're using the correct company file. On the other hand, review the Audit Log to see if any changes or deletions have been made.
