Hi, @clientservice. Yes, you can remove the shipping address by customizing your invoice in the Custom form styles.
To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Gear icon, then click Custom form styles.
- Locate the invoice template and select Edit.
- In the Content tab, click the Header section of the template.
- Uncheck the Shipping box in the Display section.
- Hit Done.
Please note that these changes will only affect your future invoices. You can also make this the default to ensure you are using the same invoice template without the shipping address.
If you wish to remove the shipping address from your previous invoices, you'll need to edit them one by one. Here's how to do it:
- Open a previously created invoice, then click Manage.
- Select the Customization dropdown, then turn off the Ship to option.
- Once done, hit Save and Close.
