Can we add invoice shipping addresses to statements?

I would like the statement payee to see where product was shipped. Could I add the shipping addresses to various invoices on the monthly statement?

Can we add invoice shipping addresses to statements?

Adding shipping addresses from invoices directly to statements is a fantastic feature that ensures transparency and makes tracking easier for you, Marcel, and I can see how this feature would benefit and empower your business.
 

As of now, QBO does not have a built-in feature that automatically includes shipping addresses on customer statements.

 

Yes, shipping addresses can be added to invoices. As a temporary workaround, you can include them in the Description field of the invoice.

 

Ensure the Statement settings are configured before applying the workaround to include shipping addresses on statements.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. In the upper right corner, click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  3. Navigate to Sales in the left menu.
  4. In the Statements section, choose List each transaction including all details to include detailed transaction information.
  5. Click Save to apply the updates.
  6. Then hit Done.

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Go to your specific Invoice in QBO.
  2. Add the shipping address in the description field (or create a custom field that includes the address).
  3. Then Save and close.

  1. In the right corner, click the New dropdown menu and select Statement.
  2. Check the box for the specific customer and fill in all the information.
  3. Then, Save and send.

After saving and sending, the statement will display the information and details you want to include.
