Thanks for reaching out here. QuickBooks Online Payments is a a great to ensure your customers pay on time, with a 'Pay Now' option directly from their invoice. If you no longer wish to provide this option, not to worry, I'm here to help!
To ensure your Merchant account is successfully cancelled, it's best for you to contact us outside of Community. Our Payments specialists will be happy to assist you with the process.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
