If you're using an Android device, you can refresh data for the device or app functions work smoothly and displays the most up-to-date information. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Go to Menu, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Tap YES to confirm.
For iOS users, there's an existing issue for customer name missing on invoice. Our engineers are actively working to get this fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, I recommend contacting our phone support team to be added to the list of impacted users. This way, you'll be notified once the issue is fixed.

- Go to the (?) Help menu and select Search tab.
- Enter Contact Us into the search bar.
- Click the Contact Us button.
