Expandable Customer Menu - Bouncing to top

All this week, whenever I click on an account in the expandable customer list, the scroll bar bounces back to the very top of our customers. I have to manually drag the cursor down to the next customer, click on that account, scroll bar bounces back to the top, drag it back down, repeat, repeat, repeat. Tried Chrome, FireFox, Edge, and incognito mode. Users in FL, CO, and MT have same issues.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a great cloud based accounting software that allows you to work from anywhere.  It's essential that you're able to complete your daily tasks effortlessly.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you can get back to what you love as soon as possible!

 

In addition to the troubleshooting you've already performed, I also suggest clearing cache on your browser.  This will help the performance of your system and increase loading times.  If the issue persists, please contact us so we can work with you independently, and ensure you're back to business in a timely fashion.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Hi Trish,

 

I have tried clearing the cache two days ago. 

I reached out via chat support today to QBO and they told me they couldn't figure it out and to post here for the software engineers..............
