How do I send customer statements from iPad or iPhone?

Hi there, @steve87. At the moment, creating and sending customer statements via the QBO application on iPad or iPhone is unavailable. You can, however, log in to your account via a browser on your device to achieve your goal.

Here's how:

  1. Access the browser application available on your device.
  2. Enter or paste this link https://qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage?locale=en-ca and log in to your account.
  3. After that, go to Sales and pick the Customers tab.
  4. Click the dropdown icon below the Action column from the customer you want to create a statement. Then, select Create Statement.
  5. Review and check the important details you need to send. Make sure to tick the box beside the customer's name.
  6. If you see that everything is set up correctly, then click the Save and Send tab below.

In the meantime, I recommend submitting direct feedback to our Product Development Team so they can evaluate this feature request. If they see that this can improve our user's experience sending customer statements via the QBO application, they can add this to our future product updates.

You might want to have a well-designed and properly presented logo to further establish your company's brand and personality in sending sales forms. Check out this article: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.
