They confirmed I met the threshold at the end of the period. It's possible this was only available in Canada and therefore there might be limktelld familiarity of the program on the forums here. To reach them, follow the steps below:

3. Type in your question in the designated field, then Contact Us.
   
   
4. Choose either Chat or Callback for support.
