How to add date to services on invoice

Are you referring to the Service Date not showing on the invoice? If so, you may have disabled the column, which is why it's not appearing on your end. Let me guide you on how to enable it, Dyllan.

You can click the Gear icon when creating the invoice to enable the option. I've added a screenshot for your reference:

Once done, the option should show up on the invoice.

Another way to add a Date column to your invoice is outlined below:

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Choose New Style, and select Invoice.
  3. Navigate to the Content tab, and select the invoice section where the Date column should show up.
  4. In the Edit Labels and Widths section, check the box next to Date.

  5. Click Done.

To create personalized and professional-looking invoices, estimates, and sales receipts, check out this article for reference: Customize Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, learn how you can record sales transactions in different ways. To give you detailed steps with the process, go through this resource for more information: Record Invoice Payments in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you're referring to something else or if you have any other concerns when creating invoices. I'll always be right here to help and ready to assist you.
