I can’t access the receipts that I stored in banking to process

When I go in receipts under the banking icon all I get is a message saying we’re processing your receipts You will see your receipts shortly. Shortly never comes

I can’t access the receipts that I stored in banking to process

Hello, 

 

I know how important it is to review your scanned receipts so that you can account for your bills and expenses in QBO. The Receipts tab can sometimes take some time to process your receipts, but if you've been waiting a while and still don't see them appearing, you may need to restore the health of your browser to ensure everything is working properly. 

 

Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser to remove the stored Internet files that build up over time. These stored files can cause bugs in QBO and other sites. Here's how to clear them: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

 

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in Private. You should also try using multiple different browsers to get things back on track.

 

If you're still getting the message saying that we're processing your receipts, please reach out to our tech support team so an agent can investigate this further. There may be something occurring on the back-end that we need to look into.
