To ensure the correct location appears on your invoices, let's update the customer-facing address. This approach will prevent the old address from appearing on your current invoices.
Here's how:
- Click on the Gear icon then select Account and Settings.
- Choose the Company and hit the Pencil icon next to the Customer-facing address section.
- Click Same as company address or enter a different one.
- Hit Save and Done
If the address still doesn't appear on your invoices after updating, we can troubleshoot potential browser issues. These accumulated cache files in your browser cause unexpected behavior within the program.
First, open your account in an incognito or private window for testing. I will provide the keyboard shortcut below:
