HI there,
It's great to learn you're using QuickBooks to manage your suppliers and get ahead with your work. I'd be happy to steer you in the right direction with recording the invoice payments using Etransfers.
Before recording this transaction I highly recommend contacting an accounting professional for expert advice on recording this in your books. Otherwise, to record the payments you'd need to click Sales on the left navigation bar > Invoices > locate the invoice(s) in question > click on Receive payment > once the invoice opens, scroll down the bottom and match the invoice to the transactions you > proceed with matching the Etransfer transaction and hit Save and close. Just in case you don't find the Etransfer as a match option, you can manually do this right from your Banking page. From your menu, click Banking > click on the correct bank account and locate the transaction in question > click on the transaction and click Find Match > link the invoice to the payment.
I encourage you to check out this article with more info on how to : Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. Let me know if you have other questions. I got your back.
