I'm getting monthly (sometimes bi monthly fees) from QuickBooks Payment Fees with description: System-recorded fee for QuickBooks Payments. What's up with this?
I'm glad that you're taking advantage of QuickBooks Online Payments to streamline revenue collection and receive your money faster. It's important to understand the fees associated with this service to know exactly how much income you're making.
The regular fees associated with a transaction are $0.25 + 2.9% per transaction (ex. If the payment is $100, then the fee is $0.25 + $2.90 which would equal $3.15). If the amounts of the fees titled "system-recorded fee for QuickBooks Payments" don't correspond with a customer payment, you'll need to reach out to our payments team to determine what the fees are related to.
Your QuickBooks Payments account contains sensitive personal information, and we need to verify your identity before disclosing any of that data. It'd be best to connect with our payments support team outside of the Community to that your personal information is kept safe.
