It's possible that the credit card payment option was disabled or disconnected, Cspace. I suggest checking the QuickBooks Payment setup in your account.
Here's how you can do it:
- Navigate to the Gear icon in the upper right corner of QuickBooks.
- Select the Account and settings tab.
- Click on the Payments section.
- Check if your QuickBooks Payments account is connected. If it isn’t, you can click Connect or Learn More to sign up or reconnect.


Once you’ve completed these steps, try creating and sending a test invoice to ensure that the credit card payment option appears as expected.
Also, please ensure that the payment method for the invoices has already been verified and that the credit cards are marked accordingly.
