Hi there, Getchell. To choose different payment options in your QuickBooks Online account, you'll need to set up the payment methods. Allow me to assist you in setting up your payments.

To enable a variety of payment methods for your customers, let's activate the online payments feature on your account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select select Sales
  2. On the Invoice payments section, click the pencil icon.
  3. Activate the Accept online payments feature.
  4. Once done click Save.

Once activated, you can add new payment methods when invoicing your customers. Also, ensure that a bank account is connected to your QBO to make the payment methods available.

For detailed guidance on accepting online payments in QBO with QuickBooks Payments, feel free to visit this helpful article.

Additionally, you can create a recurring transaction to save time. This feature will help you automatically create and send transactions to your customers without any hassle.

Following these steps will help you achieve your goal of having a payment method feature when receiving payments. If you have further concerns about managing your payments in QBO, don't hesitate to comment back. I'm always here to help.
