If a client has viewed an invoice already and I resend the invoice again, will it show viewed or unviewed?

I'm glad to see you're using this handy feature to your advantage. It's a quick and convenient way to see if a customer has opened an emailed invoice. The system is designed with a focus on the most recently sent copy, so the invoice will appear as being unopened if you resend it.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
