Hello rsatnoo,
I appreciate you taking a moment to explain what you're looking for when entering sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. Being able to enter your transactions as you need to assures that you have a comprehensive view of how your figures are tracking in your books. I'll explain the options for sales receipts.
Sales receipts and other sales transactions rely on products and services to indicate what you're selling to your customer. With that in mind, there isn't a way to enter only a specific account on the receipt. Rather, accounts related to sales transactions, such as sales and cost of goods sold accounts, are set up through the products and services directly. If you're hoping to enter sales directly into sales and other accounts instead, I recommend considering using journal entries, as that allows you to target the accounts you need for your transactions without any items.
