Invoices in CAD are posting to the wrong A/R account (Sbtc Trust), and I can’t select A/R account on invoice. Please check why QBO is mapping it this way

QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically maps invoice transactions to the default Accounts Receivable (A/R) account, which in this case is Araz2.

 

It's possible that this account has been renamed. To verify and make changes, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the + New menu and navigate to Transactions.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. In the search bar, type Accounts Receivable (A/R).
  4. Locate the Accounts Receivable account that needs to be edited and click on it.
  5. From the dropdown menu, choose Edit.
  6. Make the necessary changes to the account name.
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

By following these steps, you can confirm and update the name of the A/R account if needed.
