Is there a way to print off a remittance notice - showing when and what invoices will be paid by EFT

Hi there, @office269. It's my pleasure to assist you with printing a remittance notice for invoice transactions paid by EFT.

At this time, you can utilize your reports to see what invoices are paid via electronic fund transfer. From there, you can print or send the details to your customers. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click on Reports at the left pane, then look for Transaction List by Customer.
3. Open the report.
4. Go to the Customize tab.
5. Set the report's period, then go to the Filter section.
6. Choose Invoice and Payment from the Transaction Type dropdown.
7. Tap on the Run report tab to refresh the page.

From there, you can see your invoices and the corresponding payments with payment methods.

When you're ready to print the information, click on the Settings icon next to Export, then add the Payment Method column.
