Is there a way to show the Quickbooks pay now button on invoices generated in a different system? We have an order management system we want to use to send invoices.

QB Payment doesn't work with other systems. Which order management app do you have? You may integrate it with your QBO account, but not with QB Payment.

Hello again nickbowl,

I see it's been a while since your last visit to the QuickBooks Community, and I hope you've been well since we last hear from you. It's great to see that you're still using QuickBooks Online, and I love your interest in QuickBooks Payments and how it might work with other systems. I'd be happy to provide you with more details about this service.

As Fiat Lux mentions, the QuickBooks Payments system is designed to work with QuickBooks Online, meaning that it cannot be applied to a third-party service. I've got a few links here that go over this service in detail, including some important things to know about it.

I can appreciate how having all of the services you're using work together would be beneficial, so feel free to share feedback you might have about QuickBooks Payments and its options using the steps outlined in our How do I submit feedback? article. I also invite you to bookmark our QuickBooks Online Feature and Product Updates page, which highlights the newest additions to the program.

As for the system you're currently using, I recommend connecting with its support team to learn if you have an option to receive payments virtually directly in that program or via that service. There may already be something available for you there that you can work with, and then transfer the information to QuickBooks Online via a third-party app or integration from that other service. If you'd like to see what apps are available to connecting services to QuickBooks Online, check out the Apps tab in your account.

Wishing you the best with this!
