Just signed onto my account and all my invoices & mileage are all gone in my recent activity

Before we move forward, please ensure that you have used the correct login credentials to access the appropriate account. Additionally, let's open a private browser window and log in once more. This step will help us determine whether the issue is connected to your current browser settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If you're able to access your account using a private browser, you may need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using.
