My clients' credit cards are being charged without our authorization

Incurring unexpected charges to your credit card can be very problematic. Here at QuickBooks, we have an awesome team of support experts that are equipped with the tools to take a look into your account billing in order to get to the bottom of unexpected charges. In order to do this we'll need to collect some sensitive account information for verification purposes. Since this is a public forum, it's not the best place to exchange such data. Let me go over the other ways that you can get in touch.


Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
