My credit card info is all correct, but will not process my monthly payment

Hi roslandscape,

 

It's important you're able to update your credit card so you can continue enjoying the amazing benefits offered by the program. I'd be glad to give you a hand so you can get on track with the rest of your work. 

 

To update the subscription payment info, follow the steps below: 

  1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
  4. Select Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

In case you're still having issues, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this helps fix most issues the site may be having. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
