Hi there veronica-canadia,

For further assistance with this display on the remittance slip, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the form with you in order to provide further troubleshooting steps as well as notify our engineers of the large logo on the form. You can reach them using these steps:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook and Twitter

if you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.

Hi, I understand that this is not a customizable form, but unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch that causes the logo to be oversized and cut-off only on this form only. The invoices are looking great. This makes the remittance slip unusable.

I have the same issue.. logo is way too big on Remittance Advice and is half cut off. Such a basic thing - why can't QBO sort this stuff out - it's so infuriating and makes our businesses look amateur. We pay a lot for QBO and this should get sorted.

Good morning, FHL-SHEP.

Thanks for chiming in on this thread, I'd be happy to provide some information!

After investigating into this further, I've found that other QuickBooks users who run into this same issue were using the "Airy New" default template. Once they changed the template, the logo appears normal. I recommend changing the default template by heading to the "Gear" Icon and select "Custom form styles"  Next, click on the "Default" template (this is usually the first on the list). Click on the "Design" tab and choose a different template.

In addition, I encourage you to leave feedback for our developers if you'd like to see improvements on the template style. You can do this by going to the "Gear" icon and selecting the "Feedback" option. These comments are viewed and considered as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks,

Feel free to let us know if this is helpful, so other members of Community who may be experiencing the same issue can benefit from the result/outcome.
