Is anyone experiencing this prob on the QB mobile app: When I attach a photo of a doc to a specific invoice of 1 customer, all info of other customers goes missing. Help?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  The QuickBooks Online app is a great time saver for completing your daily tasks while on-the-go.  I'd be happy to provide more information so you can get back to what you love!

 

Based on the information you've provided, this may be do to product limitations when using the QuickBooks Online mobile app.  I recommend logging into your QuickBooks account from a web browser when including attachments to your invoices for a positive outcome.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Thank you and I appreciate your immediate reply. Hoping that your Dev Team can fix/update it soonest, as taking photos of docs and attaching them via Mobile App is MUCH faster and more efficient, esp if on the go vs. doing it via Desktop, where I would still have to physically be at my desk, then have to scan and save the docs before I can attach it. Thanks again.
