Hi there, @Sietske. Are you seeing this on existing orders or only when you're starting new ones? Whether it's one of those two scenarios, it’s possible that those products were accidentally marked as inactive. Since only about half are missing, checking your product list is a great first step.
If your products are active but names are still missing, open your account in an incognito window to rule out cache-related issues. Ensuring your browser is updated and restarting it helps prevent future interruptions. You can also add Intuit as a trusted site in your settings to keep things running smoothly.
