We have 2 different invoice templates - when I make an invoice, I need to edit the phone number/ email to match the correct business. what can I do so they stay put?
Being able to customize invoices allows you to add your personal touch which makes your invoices stand out. QuickBooks is a great program for customizing invoices as it give you endless possibilities. I'll be happy to give you a hand with managing your invoices.
Based on what you've described, if you'd like the edit the content on your invoices, follow the steps below:
Select the Gear icon
Select Custom Form Styles
Select Edit on the right of the invoice template
Click on the Content tab
From the Content tab, you can click on the part of the invoice you'd like to edit
