Hello ke-precisionpain,

Welcome and thanks for joining us in the QuickBooks Community. I love that you're taking advantage of or considering using the QuickBooks Payments add on for your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. This is a fantastic way to speed up accepting payments from your customers, and I'd be happy to go over how this works with you.

When working with QuickBooks Payments, we know how important it is to track these amounts since it's real money movement rather than just writing things down in a book. With that in mind, you as a merchant and user of the QuickBooks Payments service also receive email communications about the transactions that are completed in that service.

You should receive these emails directly to your inbox, but if you've not been seeing them, I can help you with that. The first thing I recommend is reviewing your spam or junk folder to make sure they haven't ended up there. If they have and you'd like to avoid that in the future, add them to your email provider's safe sender list. There are different ways to do that depending on your email provider, but here's an article that can help: Receive important email messages from Intuit. You can also consider this option if you haven't been getting the emails at all, just to make sure that they're able to come through.

In the event that you're still having trouble with that even after checking those settings, I invite you to get in touch with the QuickBooks Payments support team. They'll be able to securely review your account details to make sure everything is set up correctly and help you get back on track. To reach that team dial 1-833-317-2226 from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET. When you dial, follow the prompts for Merchant Services or QuickBooks Payments to connect with that team.

Don't hesitate to stop by Community again if you have more QuickBooks questions. Have a great week!
