Payroll set up: Select reports to print

Note: There is a change to your QuickBooks Payroll experience. Click here to learn about the change and it's timing.

After paycheques have been created, you can select the reports you would like to make available as group reports; this makes them easy to access later:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Payroll Settings.
  2. Under Preferences, select Reports.
  3. In the Reports Settings screen, mark the boxes next to the Employee and Employer reports you'd like.
  4. Click OK.

Note: these reports will print automatically to the default printer after your paycheques have been processed.
