Would you put a motorcycle under class 10 or class 8? I have pored over the class 10 definition: "a motor vehicle ... designed or adapted primarily to carry people on highways and streets. It seats a driver and no more than eight passengers.". So if a vehicle can seat a driver (rider?) and zero passengers, a motorcycle is a class 10 asset. However, the CRA chart then specifies that a "passenger" vehicle includes the types "coupe, sedan, station wagon, sports car, or luxury car" - no motorcycle. A separate thread I found answers that a bicycle would be class 8. Thoughts? Please assume the motorcycle is deductible for tax purposes. That is not the question here.
