A issues a T5 to B

Section A I enter A'S Info
Section D Company A year end, Sect F holdco dvd amount, (Sect G if eligible)

Part 1 Section H, A's total DVDs paid out. Sect I Total DVD Refund of A
If Holdco takes money out of corp, I issue t5 correct, or it just stays there until all is used up

Is there anything I am missing. this is just a basic transaction between connected companies
Because Holdco is receiving, I dont need to worry about the grip acct do I? Or do I when I issue shareholder T5 when he takes money out?
