How do you stop direct deposit in Profile T1?

I have two clients who wish to stop direct deposits from CRA. How can this be recorded on Profile when completing the tax return?

Pretty sure you can only start or change DD.  They have to call CRA to update to no DD.

How do you stop direct deposit in Profile T1?

You cannot change Address or Direct Deposit with any Tax Software.  CRA will ignore it.  You must use CRA's My Account to change Address, Direct Deposit or other personal information.
