I want to file my 2025 GST, but the 2025 transactions are not showing up on the sales tax review, only the current period of January 1, 2026 to Dec 31, 2026.

QuickBooks Online automatically sets the dates for your most recent sales tax period based on the CRA's payment schedule. However, you can easily adjust these dates to reflect last year’s sales tax period. Here’s how:

1. From the Sales Tax overview, and click Prepare return for the current period.
   
   
2. Update the date fields:
   • Start date
   • End date
   • Filing date
   
3. Review the details and amounts to ensure accuracy.
4. Click Mark as filed to finalize the return.
