Our payroll is being done thru QuickBooks Online and it auto pays the payroll taxes when due. Can QBO also pay and remit our Ontario Employer Health Tax every month?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll does not support automatic monthly payment and remittance of the Ontario Employer Health Tax (EHT). You will need to remit the EHT manually to the Ontario Ministry of Finance.

However, QBO can assist by generating payroll reports to help you calculate the EHT owed. Please note that the actual payment and filing must be completed outside of QuickBooks.
