Hi @angmaschke, welcome to the Community! Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your concern. I understand how critical it is to accurately view your reports, especially when managing two separate tax accounts for different provinces. Not seeing the Input Tax Credits (ITCs) reflected in your report can be frustrating, but don’t worry, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
To ensure I provide you with the correct guidance, which specific report are you attempting to pull up? Identifying the exact report will help us pinpoint the issue and offer the most accurate solution tailored to your needs.
To view ITCs properly, we can generate a GST/HST-QST Summary Report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu in QuickBooks Online.
- Click on Standard Reports to browse available reports.
- In the search bar, type GST/HST-QST Summary Report, and select the report from the list.
- Once selected, filter the report by the Reporting Period and choose the Tax Agency relevant to your province.
- Click Run Report to generate the report.

After generating the GST/HST-QST Summary Report, take a closer look at Line 106, which is specifically designated for Input Tax Credits (ITCs). Make sure the report’s filters, including the Reporting Period and the Tax Agency are accurate to provide the most reliable results. To ensure all ITCs are displayed correctly, run the report again.

Once done, you should see your tax summary neatly laid out, including the ITC amounts. If a specific line or section is unclear, I’m more than happy to clarify or dive into further detail to make sure everything is accurate for your needs
