QuickBooks provide the option to view the amount of taxes you owe by heading to the "Taxes" tab on the left navigation menu. You can chose to view Sales tax or Payroll tax. If you'd like a report for sales tax, head to Reports > Transactions by tax code.
If you'd like to locate the PD7A form follow these steps:
1. Open Taxes rom the left menu, then Payroll tax
2. Click on the Payments tab
3. Click on Remittance forms (monthly), then PD7A
43 Select View and print archived forms
6. Use the dropdown menu to select the tax period
7. Hit View
8. Download or print the PD7A
