Regarding your inquiry about the tax rate change in Nova Scotia, I want to update you on the situation. Starting April 1st, the provincial tax rate was reduced by 1%. Unfortunately, due to a lapse from a third-party vendor application, this change was not immediately reflected in our system. Our team worked diligently to correct this, and I'm pleased to inform you that since April 4th, all Nova Scotia customers are now being billed at the correct rate. To further assure transparency, we sent out emails on April 24, 2025, to notify affected users and explain the adjustment.
