Leads list
Know more about your leads. Maximise your business opportunities.
- Open leads: Show information about customer leads, lead estimates, and lead status.
- Open estimates: Show the number of estimates and estimates accepted.
- Open invoices: Show the number of invoices and invoice status.
View your leads and opportunities
Here’s how to view your leads and opportunities:
- From the Menu 𓃑, tap Customer Hub, then tap Leads.
- Tap the lead that indicates “opportunities”.
- Tap the Opportunities tab.
Create notes
You can speak into the phone which AI (artificial intelligence) will capture and summarise as a new note on your lead. Here’s how to create your notes:
- From the Menu 𓃑, tap Customer Hub, then tap Leads.
- Tap the plus icon +, then tap Note.
- Tap the opportunity you want to create a note for.
- Tap the mic icon to start recording your notes.
